So, here are some more pix of the last week or so. We had our first round of "holiday baking' on Friday. Simon is pictured stirring the hot cocoa mix. It was a yummy recipe, esp. w/ almond and cinnamon flavoring added.
Evie went to church today for the first time! Just in time for pot-luck/holiday dinner at Keystone :) Of course, she slept the whole time, even when I tried to feed her! Her wake time is unfortunately in the middle of the night, more so than the day. Se isn't up too much, but we are pretty tired.
Simon is having fun with all of the visitors that come by.
When I was tucking Simon in tonight, he said spontaneously, "I'm thankful for all the dinosaurs. The tiny ones, the little ones, the big ones, all the dinosaurs."
We went to the hospital today on our way home from church for Evie's second round of newborn screening. And we were able to get home in time for Simon's nap. Yes!
