I think this is how we all feel after a weekend of so many posed shots. These boys had just had enough. We were trying to get that perfect "Christmas picture" of the two redheads in front of the tree. Alex started crying and Simon (our sympathetic crier) began crying also.)
Simon took two great naps on both Saturday and Sunday at Gigi's house. From around 3 until almost 7. He was on a crazy schedule with his bedtime the last two weekends being around 11:00. What a trooper!
Simon broke down during a prayer at church on Sunday. Pastor Kenny mentioned the word "house" (in reference to the Lord's house) at the exact time Gigi left the piano to join the choir in the foyer. Simon began bawling, "Gigi's house, Gigi's house" and was fairly inconsolable for a very long 30 seconds or so.
