Here is Simon's testimony of his faith in Jesus Christ! We have prayed for Simon since before he was born that he would come to believe in Jesus personally, and we always wondered how and what it would look like ..... We wanted to preserve his testimony somehow (hence video) since so many people who trust in Christ at an early age sometimes have a hard time remembering it or questioning it. Simon had the idea that we could "write it down," but then he wanted to make a video so that the whole world could see and know how good God is (his words). Simon was articulating how good God is, how Jesus is God and never sinned and how he needed to be forgiven and ask Jesus to be King of his life. We told Simon later that night that even the fact he was able to realize that he is not good and not king is God's grace because some people never believe and surrender. So, even the fact that you CAN believe is God's grace ..... It's all about God and what he has done, and it's not about us.

I love it Amy....that is awesome. Save this for later. Hopefully he will never go through that 20 year old stage of doubt like I did!!! Although, that might just have been selfishness, I wanted to be King, er....Queen!!! Love you!

Simon, your Gigi and Pops are so happy that you are learning to love Jesus and let Him be King of your life:) Now, you are like a little baby again and you can start growing up as God's child! You have lots of family and friends that love you so much and will do all they can to take good care of you and help you grow to be a strong man of God.

This is awesome! As another Mommy praying for her son to follow Jesus his whole life, it's great to see his faithfulness to answer you and Matt in this. Jesus is King! :)
